i use Template Teeth and Hot Appointment under schafhausen.mybestfinder.com

In the massage the e-mail adress is not displayed.

And what must be changed so that phone field is required?

Hello,

Email of the form submitter is not displayed, but email that you receive as an administrator has this email address in FROM field. So, you can see the email there and simply reply to this message.

To add fields to the Rapid Contact module, you need to change its code. More info about this module here: mavrosxristoforos.com/joomla-extensions/free/rapid-contact
