Issues when installing hotstart.

The following error shows when installing the hotstart zip - 

An error has occurred while processing your request.0 Call to undefined function Joomla\CMS\Form\dom_import_simplexml()


This occurs when trying to install both J5 and J6 hotstarts.    Using PHP 8.3

Process followed
1. Downloaded file
2. Uploaded to host
3. Unpacked zip
4. Opened browser   - findasite.au/telehealth5   
5. Opens up /installation.index.php
6. Shows the error

Any ideas?

Hello,

I just tested the Telehealth template, and it installs normally. Can you download the plain Joomla from www.joomla.org/ and try to install it in this location? If it doesn't work, please consult your web hosting provider. Looks like some PHP modules required by Joomla are not available on this host.

Hi Milos - thanks for your assistance.
Installed J6 direct from J site - same issue.

Solved - I was using php 8.3, which Joomla states is ok - "Minimum PHP Version: Joomla 6 requires a minimum PHP version of 8.3.0. "

However, this is not the case. As soon I upgraded to php 8.4 everything worked - both J6 install and your zips.
