Sign-up and Watch Video on Home Page different to

For some reason my Sign-up and Watch Video banner is different to the same banner on the articles page?
If I click on the home page on any of these links it takes me to the original set-up however the same links on the articles page takes me to my set-up. Is the Sign-up and Watch Video different on the home page?

Can you provide links so we could bet better impression of what are you talking about
