Modify Contact Module

I'd need to modify the fixed fields od the contact module (to switch language). What file do I have to work on? Thanks!

The contact page in the Vineyard template uses the core Joomla Contact component: demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/vineyard/index.php/contact-us

So, to translate the fields, you need to install a language file, change the default language in Joomla and the fields will be translated.

Also, you can try modifying the language file /language/en-GB/com_contact.ini
