Mobile- template is off

i realized my site does not look good on mobile?? i tried mobile joomla plugin, but then i get nothing since no articles are published on home page.

any advise?

Perhaps you made some modifications in CSS and/or in template options.

I recommend you to install default HotStart once again on testing location and compare those two sites.
