can not change logo was created by donald.patch

I have uploaded my logo , treid to delte and remove the one the site points too. I then renname my logo to the orginal name it changes the logo back.
How can I fix this or how and where do I point the template to a ddiffent logo

If you are using the Sparky Framework v4.2.0 your logo file should not be here:
