i remove the google play and app store images added <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1"> in index.php and still having problems.

How can i remove the mobile feature out of my site?

You can write mail to support to give you old version of that template that was replaced about moth ago with that responsive version

Is there other solutions?

If you want non responsive site that is best solution

I wrote the email as requested and they told me to come back to the Forum.

I need to either remove the responsive mobile site or i need to fix the menu, Our services page and our fleet page.

Please Help.

Empty this file completely:

templates\hot_hotel\js\responsive_menu.js

That will disable responsive menu
