I need to change the Template Skie

I've installed your template (hot_skies), but to achieve the desired effect, I need three columns, the right and left separate modules.

More: I need two new modules, located under the module INSET. (Type and inset1 inset2)

You can make this change to the template base?
You can do this job?
If yes, how soon? Day?, Days? Hours?
Finally - How much does that work?
