Newsflash Preferences in J1.7 was created by mythirdeye

Just installed the NewsFlash on joomla 1.7, but in the Extensions->ModuleManager->Hot NewsFlash where are no preferences available as described in the documentation.

can some please let me know how to changes the defaults in Joomla 1.7?
