Hi,

Firstly, great module! I only have one problem. I've placed the module in the banner position (template ja purity) right under my horizontal menu. When I hover over my menu, it opens correctly over the text and the image, however the 'tab' bits on the right cover my drop down menu. Is there any way to remove this "always on top" feature of just the tab bit of the module? Everything else seems to work well...

Thanks.

Hi,

Try this:

1. Open file /modules/mod_hot_newsflash/tmpl/style.css
2. Find line 6 and remove z-index:100;

Should work after that.

Hi
That didn't work. I tried changing the background colour of the module to 'none' but that only makes the text area transparent (and not very well either). Any other suggestions? It seems to be worse in IE than FF, but then again perhaps thats just me..

And by "better" in FF I mean that in FF the image bit is below my hornav submenu but in IE the image is always on top, hiding my submenu.

It's maybe conflict with some elements of your template. I can't tell you more until I see your site.

Perhaps you will have to add higher z-index to your menu. Otherwise, try adding z-index:-1 to the newsflash module (where you deleted z-index:100).
