        So is it possible when ever I select a link from one of the Top Menu listings that the banner changes to an image that corresponds to the subject?
Also is it possible to Have pictures next to the links like this? < attached file > I tried just adding html but that didnt work very well

        Both things are possible, but they are not related to template. For header images, you should find a module for this purpose. I recommend mod_header_image, but it's not free. Regarding menu icons, you can add them when editing menu items. However, I am not sure how it will look when you enable them. Small css work may be needed...
