Stop Top Menu from Automatically Adjusting

On my site ( ccicareercoaching.com/ ) the top menu automatically moves around to fit the width of the screen and distorts the website. I would like it to remain static like in the demo. It does this automatic resizing regardless of whether or not Font Resize Script is enabled in the template options. I checked my html with the solution to a similar problem (post #947 problem with disable font resize script) and it seems to be corrected in my version. I am not very experienced at coding, so please be detailed in any advice you may have. Thank you for your time.

Your menu is too long for this template width. You can edit template_css.css file and under #nav a reduce padding left and right (currently 29px and 28px).
