Erro no template Restaurant

Segue em anexo a imagem. fo ftp
veja o novo erro :

"No configuration file found and no installation code available. Exiting..."

I've done the whole procedure, I spent all the files to the ftp did the installation of joomla 1.5 or 1.6 and then deleted the installation folder and when I enter the application this error occurs:

"No configuration file found and the installation code available. Exiting ..."

Can you help me urgent need to solve this problem.
