I would like to remove the dots in the red circle and add them as whites before the undertitles (attached you find the screenshot) I hope this help! Sorry for my english :blush:

That dots are actually characters , just edit menu titles. To return then back to under-titles remove this:

.footer_modules ul{
list-style:none!important;
}

I removed the text and I have the dots at hte under-titles.

But if I will edit the menu, I can not find the(dot / bottom) character.

Also in the module manager the (buttom/dot) is not present!

Ok, my mistake, open:
templates\hot_photoportfolio\html\modules.php

you will see this line:

echo "<h3><span>&bull; ".$hot_module_title[0]."</span>";

remove &bull;
