Please excuse the rather dumb question. I did a hot install and deleted content, so the carousel is still configured according to Sports theme. Now I want to start adding my own content, but I am not sure how to add content and link it so that it displays. I have the carousel configured as stated on the theme site

Can someone post a step by step for how to create content and link to carousel.
