Hi folks, happy newyear for everyone, and of course for support team¡¡¡

I purchased hotfurniture template, with virtuemart.

I tried to adapt a shipment method, and put a cost to shipment, click on save ande it returns to 0, the new cost is not updated.

It smell like to file permissions issue, but I do not know where to look.

Can anyone lend a hand?

Thanks in advance.

Pedro.

Well that is changed in database, I dough it is permission problem. Did you add some 3rd party components related to shipment ?

No, the template is installed with hotstart, and adapted to our needs, no external nor 3rd party software installed.

It seems as it would not have writting permissions to any file, but I am not able to find out where to look.

Thanks.

Well every host file manager bulit in user portal should have option to change CHMOD (permissions) on files or folder , use it to change permissions.

Thanks Ivan, understood, you confirm what i think, but no answer to "Where" should I change permissions.

I have no problem to change permissions, but what files or directories?

Thanks

Pedro.
