Shipment Methods does not update prices

Another way: looking into extension manager found that there are 2 extension with same name but different version:

VMSHIPPER_WEIGHT_COUNTRIES (1.9.
VMSHIPPER_WEIGHT_COUNTRIES (2.0.0RC3)

Could this be on the root of problem?

Should I uninstall the old versión?

Just wondering if this problem was resolved and how. I am experiencing the same problem. I am able to create a shipment method but cannot configure it; when I do enter the settings (i.e., price, low weight, high weight) and click save, it reverts back to its empty state.

Make sure that you have current version of Joomla 2.5.6 and current version of VirtueMart 2.0.8c.
