Is it possible to make the module positions Advert 2 - Advert3 - Advert 4 as shown in the attachment active, Advert 1 one all ready is

Any chance you could add all the module position as per the image to my site

I can add modules, article etc but do not want to do anything wrong

At 73 years old somethings are now unfortunately beyond me
