However, those fields are not what I'm trying to change. I have attached a screenshot that will better explain what I want to change.

The screenshot shows how it looks when the DesingNow template is applied as well as when the Joomla 1.6 built-in template "Beez5 - Default-Fruit Shop" is applied.

Ok, that tool-tip is managed by mootools-more.js . I have dig this css classes :

.tip{}
.tip-wrap{}
.tip-top{}
.tip-bottom{}

You can maybe change colors by styling them
