Hello,
We're interested in using eCommerce template for Joomla for building a music store website.

There is a list of features which are crucial for our website, and we wanted to make sure we can make them happen using the eCommerce template.

We would be glad if you could go over the list below and tell us whether the features can be used in the template:

sort by price (low to high&high to low)
a product could belong to more than one category
category can contain products as well as sub-category
filter item by price, manufacturer, and any other custom filter
support right to left language (Hebrew)
website registration for users, with special discount price option for registered users.
Events Calender in home page
site adapted for smartphones
ability to search within catalog (as a filter perhaps)
massive input of products via excel/csv file
social buttons / Facebook box
quick navigation through categories and sub-categories (through side-menu)

Thank you!

For 'site adapted for smartphones'
- that template is not responsive, you can only scale

For 'massive input of products via excel/csv file'
- you need additional plugin for taht

everything else is not problem

Is there another template which is responsive to smartphones? Or will there be an upgrade in the future which will make this template responsive?

Thanks,

Ok, can you elaborate on what you mean by scale?
Also, if we would like to use one of the templates (say the hot watched) only for mobile, and keep the ecommerce one for non-smartphone surfing. Is this possible? Do you support multiple templates (responsive to different devices?)?

Responsive sites adopt their layout on mobile browsers so user gets UI that fits their screen. Text, buttons and everything else fits to screen and it is normal style without need for user to zoom in.out on touch screen. Non-responsive sites user has to scale to use them. They show like on desktop and text, buttons... will be rely small if you set initial scaling in viewport tag to fit screen, then user needs to zoom in/out and move view to reach options.
