Top Menu has gone missing?

I have the same issue when testing with IE 7,8 and 9. The Top Menu and Main Menu links are not visible. Only the active pages link is viewable. The Main Menu is not viewable on the Home page. The blue background does not appear as well.

I am using Joomla 1.6. I have tried all the solutions mentioned in the forum but still nothing.
jQuery is disabled in all Hot modules.

Not sure what I could be overlooking. The site is www.wellnessintel.com/

Is the value of parameter named "Always show sub-menu Items" set to Yes in top-menu module settings?
