Where is the <img src="..." /> it's there.

You mean to add the code <a href="index.php"> <img src ="..." /> </ a> in the same module that creates html above.

Thanks again milo, with the latest information you gave me I have finally completed the integration of the logo to my temple besides the logo have been linked to any menu item.

The final code to add the html module was:
<p> <a href="index.php"> <img src="templates/hot_chameleon/images/logo.png" border="0" /> </ a> </ p>
