there is only one product in this time. i have add a weight for this product. also i have add a shipping method with dates off weight.

Please let me know your Joomla and VirtueMart version?

i have downloaded the newest version from my account and have installed it so without any update. The versions: Joomla 2.5.1 and VirtueMart 2.0.2

I really can't replicate this error on our servers. Please let me know what is DB prefix that your Joomla has? Also, please update Joomla to 2.5.3 and run DB check in the Extensions Manager.

i have add a shipping methode to austria. when i ordered one product and insert a adress for shipping to austria and select the paymant methode "Überweisung - wire transfer" then there comes the message ( see the screen ). The DB check have no errors.

It say's that you have not enter single item for cost of shipment per weight for Austria. I think you can disable shipment costs per weight.
