All I say is that you need to get images into that created folders. You need to have images (both bg<X>.jpg and sub<X>.png) for all menu root items . As I can understand you say they are empty????

No, I can't see this new created folders in "..\templates\hot_flashes\images\menu". They doesn't were created.

And I have images to copy into those folders, but folders dont exist.

1. Create that folders manually using FTP client
2. Copy all files you have in templates\hot_flashes\images\menu to each of them

I had created those folders manually and copyed content of "menu" folder into those new folders. See Screen1.
I did all like you say. But still shows only one (uk) set of images!

I guess, those images lay in folder "menu", because when I deleted exactly this folder, suddenly images stop showing.

So, I think that the problem is in unable of new code in creating folders with new names. Maybe we need change some preferences in 'php.ini' and '.htaccess'?

Why those folders couldn't create?
