Flashes - Joomla 3.1 template

i upload (Flashes - Joomla 3.1 template) and after upload all files and make the configurations for joomla and install (configuration.php) file there is nothing at all in my website www.tajtours.us
is this problem in this template or i should use older template like 2.5 ?

Joomla 3.1 requires PHP 5.3+ , maybe that is problem. Can you access administration?

i just access to configuration and after that nothing even in jommla control panel

do i need to back to old version?

2.5 will work on old PHP and there is process to update 2.5 to 3.1 you can do later, but for now until you check whats with your server you can go with 2.5

i did all of this and reupload the 205 template and even upload configuration.php file
but i still can't see anything
