Most of the colors can be edited in the template options. For example for text, some background colors, etc. Some colors are also set in the CSS file /media/templates/site/business/css/custom.css
If you set Color Palette, for example, Palette 2, the colors are also in CSS file /media/templates/site/business/css/styles/style2.css
You can set your own predefined colors in the template options, under Style > Template colors. Then these predefined colors will be available for easier selection in other template options.
