RECURRENT BILLING PROBLEM

Hi HotJoomla team

Thank you for your services and the templates!
I will start from the most important issue.

1. I received a bill, automatically generated by your system. The bill AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED my subscription WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. When I was signing up for your services, I signed up for NON RECURRING payment. Your website says "

"Orders are not recurring. You won't be charged automatically when your subscription period is over."

I was not charged automatically, but you RENEWED my subscription automatically, and then asked me for hte payment! On top of that, you have NO OPTION TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION in the billing email. What is going on here?

Please fix this! I've spent an hour trying to get my head around this, and make sure I have $0 balance with your company, HotJoomla. I saw by coincidence today the statement you issued, sent in an email 2 days ago 12/20/2010. The statement is due TODAY 12/22/2010 Considering I had no idea about this statement, and was no anticipating any bills from you, unless I wanted to continue my subscription ,in which case, I will AGREE to a new bill, I could have just skipped reading your email.

2. I cannot contact anyone directly to cancel my subscription.

3. I cannot login to my account, and when I go to "Forgot your password" for the forum account, I receive your email and token in it, but your system says that the token is invalid. I've done this twice, and both times, the token was invalid. I was unable to login into my forum account.

4. I tried to login to my user account, because I am a paid member, and I could not. I forgot my password, because I login to your website once every two months. I tried to retrieve my password or get a new one, but you don't have a forgot password for paid members.

5. I opened your contact form, and sent you an email. You have no field to copy me on that email, and I have no confirmation that I have sent the email, or what the content of that email is.

6. You have no contact email either, so I cannot send you an email from my own gmail account for example.

As you can tell, when you make your clients run in circles and don't tie the ends, the client is not happy. My email account that is a paid member is boriana.atanassova@gmail.com.

I do not feel comfortable releasing my email to your forums, but it seems this is the only proof for me that I have contacted you before the payment deadline!

Please respond ASAP to either my forum email address or the paid email address I gave you, boriana.atanassova@gmail.com. I will not pay your automatically renewed subscription. Please cancel it.

Hi Boriana,

I already replied by email. I will repeat here: orders are not recurring and your credit card will not be automatically billed. If you don't want to pay this invoice, it will be cancelled automatically within 5 days.
