How do you remove all the copyright information on the bottom of the template

Really disappointed by this purchase.  I have never had such a difficult time making some simple changes the Bottom of a templete.  The Bottom banner of Academy can not be changed in one place and is not something simple like a module.  I sent email twice now to support and was given the wrong directions and still no solution. I was able to make one change Copyright © 2022 Post Secondary Regulations.  Joomla templates  powered by Sparky. but can not change the word I bolded.  Where are these

To change this you need to edit template file /templates/sparky_framework/library/c.php and change the paragraph with text of your choice.

Here is the file tree and that folder is not there 

The file is inside the “library” folder as I wrote.
