a page with tabs and a list

How do I obtain a page like the one in attachment "result" with a ranking, which comes from an Excel page or as you can see in attachment "bron"?

Currently, I simply copy the source and edit it (minimal work). If I paste this directly into the editor, I cannot do anything with it (see attachment 3).

You should not paste the HTML directly to the editor. Instead, add a Custom HTML block and then paste the code into that block.

The problem is that you are trying to paste into the Paragraph block. Instead, create a Custom HTML block and paste the HTML code inside it.
