Hi there, I didn't found anything regarding that:
Are the photos in the Hit Clonic sample installation royalty free? Can I use them for me own project free free?

Hello,

Unfortunately, you can't, because they are licensed for use on HotThemes sites only. You should replace them after HotStart installation. Please read our TOS: www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/terms-of-service
