Remove edge on top of team picture / move team picture upwards was created by Hazzo

Hi,
how can I remove the green edge on top of the team picture alternatively move the team picture a bit upwards so that the green edge is covered?

Using the Sparky Page Builder, edit column settings for these columns and delete the top padding value. More info: www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/sparky-page-b.../page-layout/columns
