I have removed the assignments but its still not switching. Even the preview shows the wrong template.

When you change to default Joomla template, does it change then?

It changes the header from Multiplex to Cassiopeia but the content stays the same.

Ah I see. You should go to the menu manager and set the Bike page as the default page (home page). Also, make sure that the Bike template is the default template.

Perfect. That sorted it.
Final question - how do I create a bold word within a paragraph in Sparky and how do I create a hyperlink on the same word?

Also, you can go to the template options and under Style select Bold option for links.
