More space before the first headline

Now the idea works. But that is not what I wanted or I said it wrong.

Please: If SCROLLER is deactivated and not to be seen - see pardun.net/news/ - the top menue 2 is to narrow to the first article headline "Obama,...." I need more white space between Top Menu 2 and the first headline. Regards Helmer

That was it:

margin: 30px 0;
}


you can control top and bottom margin:

margin: 30px 0 30px 0;

first 30px would then be for top second for bottom.
