Problems reponsive layout on Ipad and Iphone

Sorry, no change responsive layout not working on Iphone and Ipad same problems:

1) Logo is not responive
2) when i insert imlage in to content the image doesn't resize responive to screen width

add this to layout.css:

IMG{
max-width:100%;
}

Still not working on Iphone 5s with Chrome

I have done the changes according to this thread.

The problem is that when clicking the menu it zooms in to the menu button and never zooms back out.

It also wont register my choice from the menu until I click the x to close the choices.
