pauseOnNavHover: false,

OR

if(options.pauseOnNavHover){
carouselNav.hover(function(){
paused = true;
},function(){
paused = false;
});
}

pause: false,
pauseOnNavHover: false,

but make backup of that file so you could take it back in case that this solution don't work.
