Rotator only appears once in a carousel

I have the Rotator module installed on an article page which is part of a carousel. (Not carousel pro, which is why I purchased the subscription in the first place, couldn't make that work even with help from support.)

The Rotator shows up beautifully (it's really quite nice) on the home page, first page of the carousel (roksprocket), but when the visitor returns to the first page of the carousel, the Rotator is missing.

Here's the site/page www.sweetgrassrods.com/sgr25/jupgrade/index.php . If you click "Home" or reload the page, the Rotator appears but it needs to autoload.

How can we fix this?

It works well when I test it?

What browser are you using? I've tried it with ie9, Firefox 24.0 and Chrome. With each browser, when scrolling through the pages, the rotator does not appear when scrolling back to the first page.

Please ask someone else to try it. It is not working properly. This is the second component I've had problems with and let's hope it's not the second time I have to find another component to replace one that should be working from Hot Joomla.

Ivan, please ask someone else to look at it on another computer and test it per my description. I have to insist that another support person or developer at HotThemes look at this problem. :evil:
