Open module manager , and see what modules you have in user5 and user6 module positions, then add module like that in user7 module position

I have more than one problem title problem(Hot Cosmetics - Jommla/VirtueMart Template) I would like to delete it
How can I delete this title

Go to main menu->Home Page and you will see in Parameters(SYSTEM) options to turn that off.
