Sparky Page Builder "converts" a page HTML into a JavaScript object that can be manipulated. In order to create such an object, the HTML must be in a specific format that our page builder will recognize. Therefore, in Sparky Page Builder it's not possible to edit pages that are not created with it.

If you try to edit a page that's not created with Sparky Page Builder, you will get a notice about it. When you confirm, a basic page layout will be created. This layout will have a Custom HTML block. All the content from your existing page will be inserted into this block as a custom HTML that you can edit.

If you click the "Close" button without saving the page, no changes will be made to the page.
