This parameter allows you to select direction of your text. Default value of the Text Direction parameter is “Left-to-right”. You should not change it if you are reading text from left to right side in your language. Such languages are English, French, German, Italian and many others.
If you already have a Joomla site with existing content, you can still install and use the Sparky Framework. However, if your site is in the production status, it’s recommended to create a mirror copy of your site and work on it.

The Responsive Lightbox plugin makes a lightbox gallery form the images uploaded in any folder of your site. All you need to do is to specify the folder where the images are uploaded in the code snippet and set the plugin’s parameters.
“Retina” screen is a popular name of screens that have double pixel density. For the “normal” screens, one pixel is one dot on screen (the smallest element of the screen). However, for the “retina” screens, each pixel is divided into two pixels horizontally and vertically. Therefore, one pixel on the “normal” screens is equal to 4 pixels on the “retina” screens (2 x 2 = 4).

If you prefer to write CSS and JavaScript code in your favorite code editor and then upload files by FTP, that’s also possible in the Sparky Framework.
If you know how to code CSS and/or JavaScript, you can write your custom code here. The panes where you enter your code are simplified code editors with line numbers. CSS and JavaScript code that you are entering in these panes will be colored, similarly to the popular code editors.
For some websites, you would need several Joomla menus to be identical. By identical, we mean that they both are or the same type, sharing the same style and the same behavior. Instead of setting both of these menus up and copying all the parameters, you can select one of the “Copy from …” options and all parameters for this menu will be copied from the selected menu.
To activate the Off-canvas menu type, open the Menus tab, click on your menu and select the Off-canvas Menu option from the selector. Many new parameters will become available.
To activate the Accordion Menu type, open the Menus tab, click on your menu and select the Accordion Menu option from the selector. Many new parameters will become available.
To activate the Horizontal Menu type, open the Menus tab, click on your menu and select Horizontal Menu option from the selector. Many new parameters will become available.
To activate the Mega Menu type, open the Menus tab, click on your menu and select Mega Menu option from the selector. Many new parameters will become available now.
To activate the Drop-down Menu type, open the Menus tab, click on your menu and select Drop-down Menu option from the selector. Many new parameters will become available now.
To activate the Classic Menu type, open the Menus tab, click on your menu and select Classic Menu option from the selector. Many new parameters will become available now.
Your menus can be included in your layout from the Layout Builder as menu elements, or as modules.
You can create your menus and add menu items to them in the Menu Manager. To access the Menu Manager, do the following:
Lazy Load feature delays loading of the images on long web pages. It makes the page loading faster and reduces the site’s bandwidth usage, especially on the large pages with many big images. However, to make this feature work properly, all images must be in this special format with width and height defined.
This sub-tab allows you to include some popular libraries and scripts for your site. Do not include those your site will not use because it will just slow down the loading of your site unnecessarily.
This feature shows an animated spinner over a fullscreen mask to simulate the page preloading effect when visitors browse from one page to another.
