To access Sparky’s template options and open the Export tab, do the following:
The Sparky Framework allows you to export all Sparky’s template files and settings into a single, installable Joomla template, packed as ZIP archive. You can keep this file as a backup of your work.
Also, you can use this file to install the Sparky’s template with all settings in another Joomla site.
If you are installing an exported template in another Joomla site, make sure that you installed and published “Sparky On Save” plugin in the another Joomla site as well, because Sparky will not work properly without this plugin.
The Export tab contains only one parameter: Name of exported template. Default name of the Sparky’s template is “sparky_framework”, but you can enter a different name here. The name must not contain spaces and special characters.
When you enter a name and click the Export button, a ZIP archive with the given name will be created in this folder:
Downloading of the created ZIP archive will start automatically.
Note that next time when you are making export, if you use the same name, your old ZIP archive with your old export will be overwritten.
Note that if you update the Sparky Framework, your exported ZIP archives will stay intact in the export folder.
